What we do
Operating since 2013, Pinder Holdings has grown and diversified after we moved to our fantastic site in 2018. After taking ownership of 'The Haysfield', we embarked on a significant refurbishment. By creating bespoke office space, showrooms, manufacturing facilities, and warehousing for our sister businesses HDANYWHERE and OneAV, we gained valuable experience in establishing the right spaces for the business needs.
With space to share, we decided to design functional spaces within 'The Haysfield' to suit other businesses and create a small business hub with shared resources. In 2020, Historic Football Shirts moved in, and in 2023, once our first serviced office space was complete, Newlife Care Providers moved in.
With such a multifunctional space, we can offer a mixture of services. From fulfilment and storage to having your own office space, 'The Haysfield' provides the complete package for startups and small businesses. With monthly rolling contracts available for most of our services, we can stay flexible and scalable to match your business. When you grow, we can easily add extra space or services, or if things don't go quite as planned, we can support you scaling back.
Who we are:
Chris Pinder
Co-Owner and Managing Director, builds key relationships with all our business occupiers meeting regularly to develop our support and offering here at 'The Haysfield'.
Lianne Pinder
Co-Owner and Finance Director, currently designs the spaces and oversees all day to day needs of the residents at 'The Haysfield'.
